A great mind once said: Nothing changes if nothing changes. If we look at things situations people in our life the same way applying the same judgment emotions and perspective there is no room for evolution. We are stuck with the view of the prison window that only we built.We cannot forgive others if we judge them for what they did. If we still feel the same emotions when we think of them or if we repeat the same words when we shame them for what they did. Even when years have passed and nothing has changed. We are still on bad terms conflicted and troubled.It starts with you. This book is about how to change your perspective to change your emotion to change your inner voice how to let go of judgment and create peace on a very fundamental level.I will use situations from my everyday life to show you examples from different perspectives sneak peak behind the curtain.
