Characterization of Pulsed Laser Deposited Metal Oxide Nanoparticles

This book covers causations between pulsed laser deposition processing parameters and structural attributes of the grown film. The study was emphasized on gas sensing metal oxide films which is why the processing parameters were chosen so that the films would form from nanoparticles instead of being compact. The book has a short theory section where the physical phenomena involved are introduced but the main focus is on analyzing the microstructure of the films.
