He is publicly recognized as being in the forefront of every social and political effort for the advancement of Afro Americans until his death in 1933. Flints life and time reflect the construction of an American Black culture that enjoyed a standard of living social acceptance and advancement that may have led the Nation in the integration of Blacks into mainstream American culture.
