Checkity-check check.</span></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>Okay so technically the last bit was true-but no one knew that.</span></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>But of all the squares that could have been called having one of my tormentors ask me out on a date sure as hell wasn't one I'd ever thought I'd cross off.</span></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>Taylor Hallows left our tiny town twelve years ago and seemingly never looked back. The bar the grocery store-even my own shop. He's charming and sweet and seems so genuine. An annoyingly beautiful bespectacled six-foot contradiction to the smug kid I knew in high school. Despite all signs pointing to a new and improved Taylor the hurt little girl in the back of my mind reminds me of how he used to be.</span></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>His relentless determination to earn a second chance has me wondering-does time really heal all wounds or will letting him in be the worst mistake this witch ever makes?</span></p>
