<p>Personification is another name for sketching. There are instances and remnants of it in every language nation and era. Sketching allows one to observe and understand the many colors and forms of human life as well as the shifting moods of life and the passing of time. Sketch writers can draw inspiration from anyone and use anyone as the subject and center of their work regardless of the subject matter-be it social intellectual literary or political a famous person or a minor an educated person or an ignorant one a ruler or a lowly member of society. Prominent Urdu humorist Mujtaba Hussain has written interesting humorous sketches of numerous literary and non-literary personalities which are included in his three books containing personal sketches.
