Child Poverty and deprivation in Newala District

lthough some efforts to reduce poverty have been made in the country like the National Poverty Reduction Strategy still the rate of child deprivation is high in Tanzania. Child poverty violates child rights today and undermines the future of the world; uneducated malnourished poor children are likely to become tomorrow’s uneducated malnourished poor adults. The essence of children to the future generation is one of the reasons that have encouraged the researcher to study the problem in Newala District.
