Christ-Confident

<p>It's the reason behind most mental health issues. It's the secret behind jealousy fear and anger. Depression anxiety and PTSD all entail a major problem that is not being discussed and that is unhealthy self-esteem. Depression anxiety and PTSD are symptoms of a deeper issue:  <strong>unhealthy self-worth.</strong> Depression does not cause insecurity; it's the other way around. Anxiety does not cause feelings of inferiority; it's the other way around. The Lord Jesus Christ had something to say about how we see ourselves and our mental health. Jesus wants us to be more than self-confident; Jesus Christ had something better in mind. <strong>Jesus Christ wants us Christ-confident.</strong></p><p><br></p>
