CHRISTMAS TO NEW YEAR : A CASE OF MISSING FOAL

At the break of dawn the magic of Douglas farm comes alive with the chirping of birds and the mooing of cows. James and Julian the owners of the farm live on the farm with their children Tom Nick Julie and Harry. The children along with Rex the golden retriever who chases the ducks and the hens; and Snow White the long-haired white cat who enjoys lazing around the entire day are the joy of Douglas’ lives and the heart of their home. The adorable “Uncle Paul” the childhood friend of James runs an artefact shop in town.   The Douglas farm has a barn with cow shelters and stables. Mr. Robert the caretaker of the farm for the last 25 years knew the farm like the back of his hand. A foal is born around Christmas and named Beauty’s Crystal. The holidays begin and Christmas fever has finally set in at Douglas farm. On Christmas Eve old family friends pay a visit so the celebrations are double this time around.  But the shadow of gloom has taken over the Douglas farm on Christmas morning as Crystal goes missing and Rex lies in a pool of blood near the barn. With no evidence left behind and it looking like professional work it is up to Captain Smith and Detective Nelson of Georgetown to investigate the missing of the foal. Will they triumph? Who are the culprits? What is the motive? What really happened on the night of Christmas Eve?
