Cisplatin-Induced Nephrotoxicity

This book is useful to understand the dose of the drug is fixed on creatinine clearance value and body surface area of the patient. The purpose of the study was to identify the incidence of nephrotoxicity in patients treated with cisplatin. This book also helpful for risk factors in the study and to modify the dose of cisplatin based on calculated creatinine clearance(crcl <60ml/min). Cisplatin is the most widely used anti-neoplastic agent for most of the tumors.
