Civic values from axiology

The article shows the way in which the behaviour is developed in each person in the field of social relations and their coexistence. Regardless of the laws there are rules that are not regulated in a document but they are unwritten guidelines that are given tacitly which generates a certain behavior. This is what inspires this work in which the answer is sought as to why people in Mexican society in general act irresponsibly advantageously and even endanger people''s lives. It was researched in a theoretical explanatory manner in which the reasons that provoke certain phenomena in this case behavior were sought. The objective of this work is to explain why people in social development behave in an advantageous way without assuming responsibility for their actions in addition to putting their own lives at risk.
