Civilization and Technical Thinking Systems

Over the last few years the new type of technical intellectual systems - Thinking Systems - appears on the threshold of our society. Their ability to determinate the external environments with decision taking and applications at autonomous level provides their purposeful behavior during solving problems for persons. There are shown for example some stages of simulation of methods of organization human decision taking processes in indeterminate situations for solution of actual and unsolved problem of manipulation robotics and prosthesis as one of some features of Thinking Systems discovered in the book. Therefore scientific disputes about the possibility of technical systems to generate thinking processes should be come to the end.
