<p>It’s been seven years since the curfew began and the citizens of London have raced to be asleep before The Raven stalks the streets at night.</p><p>Up until six months ago Jacob’s sister lived with him at Elm Park Children’s home. Now Jacob’s nightmares are haunted by his sister’s screams.
