Then life changed. Once the bureaucrats 'discovered' Wotan taxes and charges entered their life and bureaucrats established Government Departments. </span></p><p><br></p><p>An ancient tribe lived by tribal rules yet<strong style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)> this tribe was expected to follow modern Scottish laws. </strong></p><p><strong style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>This is the Wotans' and Claire's paradox leading to their sorrows and legal shenanigans.</strong></p><p></p>
