Malocclusion occurs in majority of the population. Out of the three skeletal malocclusions classified Class II is a complex clinical entity that entails a combination of different three-dimensional dental and skeletal components. Currently it is well understood that the wide interplay between the saggital vertical and transverse dimension adds a great degree of complexity to a Class II malocclusion case both in diagnosis and treatment planning. Class II malocclusions are of interest to the practicing orthodontists since they constitute a significant percentage of the cases they treat. Thus the objective of this book would be to provide a detailed research on diagnosis and treatment concepts of Class II malocclusion in growing patients.
