This approach ensured a thorough and reflective examination of classroom management practices. The findings underscore the importance of creating a supportive and respectful classroom environment. By focusing on prevention and student empowerment teachers can encourage self-discipline and cooperation leading to a more positive and effective educational experience for all students.
