Instead emphasis should be placed on preventive measures and empowering students to manage themselves. Teachers should cultivate a culture of respect responsibility and cooperation guiding students towards self-discipline and mutual respect ultimately fostering a warm atmosphere for learning and growth.The researcher employed a comprehensive methodology including making a plan collaboration field notes observation and a critical friend group. This approach ensured a thorough and reflective examination of classroom management practices. The findings underscore the importance of creating a supportive and respectful classroom environment. By focusing on prevention and student empowerment teachers can encourage self-discipline and cooperation leading to a more positive and effective educational experience for all students.
