Classification of microorganisms in water samples

This work aims to identify microorganisms in water samples from different environments such as drinking and non-drinking water using various image processing and classification techniques. A database of microscopic images will be used to identify the types of microorganisms present in contaminated water. The classification of microorganisms is done through image processing techniques based on information obtained by the electronic device. Likewise to know the major population of microorganisms present in the water and how these would be harmful for human consumption.
