The affair that Cliff Richard had with his wife Carol which led to his lifelong fight against alcoholism and inevitably his fall from grace. Affectionately known as 'The Godfather' of the Electric Bass Guitar he enjoyed both the fame and notoriety that went with the job finally finding an inner peace in his later years on the Isle of Wight.
