Climbing the Rainbow

A book of short stories for children aged 8-11 years aimed at developing their interest and understanding of physical science. The central character is Luke who is about 11 years old. On his travels he meets various characters who sometimes take him to far-away and magical places such as the moon the rainbow and the Mid-Atlantic ridge. In these places Luke talks to the characters he meets and starts to understand some of the wonders of science.
