Clinical analysis of mineral-medicinal waters

The current importance of hydrothermalism is endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO) which has included thermalism within traditional medicine. The axis of hydrotherapy is based on the thermoregulation of the body itself to the application of thermal techniques with high and low temperatures. Causing a decrease of pain in a generalized way as well as a greater sensation of well-being. In Spain we have a program of health and tourism for Immerso based on the sanitary therapies that offer the Spas. Thanks to this Program of Thermalism it is possible to approach the thermalism and the balneacion to people of diverse economic resources besides contributing to the creation and maintenance of the employment. The objective is the accomplishment of a didactic proposal for the introduction of the necessary theoretical and practical concepts inside the formative cycle of average degree in Nursing Care by means of a didactic unit on a topic as important and complex as it is the topic of the balneotherapy hydrotherapy and mineral-medicinal waters.
