Clinical and Surgical Evaluations in Patients Requiring Cosmetic

Some people are sensitive to the shape of their nose and they intend to improve this sensitivity by using nose surgery. Sometimes it is also possible for people who have discomfort or breathing problems due to injuries or structural defects to request nose surgery. In Iran most rhinoplasty clients request nose surgery but in general nose surgery is performed to achieve the following goals:- Narrowing of the nasal bone.- Reduce or enlarge the nostrils.- Lengthening or shortening the length of the nose.- Make a change in the tip of the nose.- Change in the angle between the upper lip and nose.- Perform nose reconstruction.- Correction of the middle nasal septum or nasal deviation surgery.- Removing polyps and swelling of internal tissues of the nose.
