About The Book

Before we edge forward allow me to introduce my good friend and colleague Sidharth or as we fondly call him Sid. He hopped on board in 2018 a solid decade after yours truly. It was during one of those oh-so-exciting review meetings at the Head office that our paths first crossed. And let me tell you it was like two peas in a pod from the get- go. Despite the fact that Sid is a bit of a newbie compared to me we hit it off right away. Our conversations are always filled with sales strategies and team dynamics - we are the dynamic duo of the office. One day as we were shooting the breeze Sid popped the question about my illustrious past and my experiences over the last decade or so in the organization.
