Cloud computing is a term referring to the delivery of all information and technology related services over the Internet thereby exempting users from making investments in manpower technologies and infrastructure which are required to system implementation. The introduction of Cloud-Based Learning Management System has created new developmental opportunities for online training at universities colleges and other educational institutes.
