Cloud Managers in the Information Support of Virtual Scientific Teams

This work presents the means of information support of scientific research conducted by virtual geographically distributed scientific teams. The problem of processing and developing a whole class of new social and communication technologies focused on the use in e-science systems becomes relevant. In order to increase the efficiency of scientific communication processes in conducting research on the e-science platform their information and technology support the authors developed a project of a complex innovative information system that facilitates the formation and processing of information resources. The advancing of the system activity is decided to be carried out on the cloud computing models. It led to establish a system of information support of virtual creative teams on the basis of cloud services. In the process of creating an information support system for scientific research it is necessary to choose an effective way of presenting knowledge as a set of syntactic and semantic rules that provide a formal expression of knowledge about the subject area in an understandable form for both a computer and a person.
