About The Book

The coastal region of Nigeria is blessed with abundant natural drainage and exposed to a coastal neighbourhood. The region is endowed with spectacular geomorphic and cultural features. However; the nature of our environment creates exposure of the people and visitors subjecting them to various environmental related problems. It maps quantifies and explains the vulnerability of the people its infrastructures in the wake of natural and anthropogenic induced hazards. Geo-Spatially socio-economically and quantitatively this book presents and creates an understanding of the environment in which they live providing a guide to building resilience adaptation and mitigating vulnerability to environmental associated risks in the Region.
