Would the exogenous variable price alone be sufficient to improve the farmer''s income? Despite the evidence African producing countries (Côte d''Ivoire & Ghana in the lead) persist in arguing for a decent income differential which in practice is disappointing.In this debate the EU seems to misjudge its own atavistic mistakes insisting on a misleading legal corpus and avoiding the foundations.
