Vintaj Vase Jr. is not just the average rich white mans son. Hes a famous boxer - a true peoples champ. Living up to his reputation he takes his chances to help the black oppressed community of Roseland in south of Chicago. His gutsy heroics earn him the title of Prince of Michigan Avenue.In the colorful town of Roseland he ends up falling in love as he meets an affable Irish-American girl of Japanese descent. But when in 1941 the Japanese bombard Pearl Harbor he gets drafted and sent to the Japanese island of Okinawa. Tragically he dies in action only to awaken in the heavenly council of God!
