In the total phenol assay the value of 350.86 mg ESSEN g-1 which is a significant result for the presence of the class in the essential oil. In the antioxidant activity assay the EC50in 195.39 mg L-1 was found to be promising for the effect ofC. aromatic. The effect of the EO as a larvicide was observed where the LC50 was determined to be 3.24 mg L-1 while a superior effect of 1.83 mg L-1 was observed for nanoemulsion. The results obtained suggested that the investigated EO showed efficient larvicidal activity against Aedes aegypti larvae. Finally the potential of the EO and nanoemulsion obtained from the studied species is emphasized and it is important to highlight that the obtained nanoemulsion is a bioproduct formulated from essential oils with market potential and useful in the control and control of related cases to Aedes aegypti.
