Colin Powell the son of Jamaican parents would rise from a child in the South Bronx to an incredible destiny.He was an average student until he found the ROTC. Then he made top grades and chose the Army as his career. He earned a Masters degree in business and became a general. He served in the White House in many capacities. Finally he became Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He serves on the President’s Alliance for Youth.Powell is a man of ethics and integrity.
