Collagen

About the Book: The word collagen was derived from the Greek word “kolla” which means “glue producer”. In the past the collagen of bones and tendons was used in industry to produce glue. Also in organisms collagen is a kind of glue. About the Author: Author - Dr. Akansha Srivastava an Oral Pathologist did her Graduation BDS from Saraswati Dental College Lucknow and Post Graduation MDS in Oral Pathology from Sardar Patel Dental College Lucknow. Currently she is working as a senior Lecturer at Chandra Dental College Barabanki. Co-Author - Dr. Neha Upadhyaya an Oral Pathologist did her Graduation BDS from KGMU Lucknow and Post Graduation MDS in Oral Pathology from VSPM Dental College and Research Maharashtra. Currently she is working as Assistant Professor at Chandra Dental College Barabanki. Co-Author - Dr. Shailja Srivastava an eminent Microbiologist currently working as a reader in Microbiology Department Saraswati Dental College Lucknow
