Colour Me a Rainbow is an interesting collection of short stories by five women authors. The stories are diverse and delightful yet a serious read. The subjects range from matchmaking to bridal bedlam travelling in the hills to ghostly forts and finding one's individuality to following a guru. Each story is unrelated to the others. The stories are charming and quirky providing a glimpse in the life of today's India. They depict women as vibrant individuals who live life on their own terms.
