My Book is about my own Struggle with Sexual Abuse. After struggling for decades with depression shame and guilt. I finally realized that I deserve to be a happy and to be the best Wife and Mother for my Family. I had to tell the truth. And the truth was that I was hurting deep inside my Soul and that I needed to accept the fact that I did nothing wrong. And that it was not my fault. My power was taken away from me by someone else. Now I am taking my power back by telling all and releasing all the sadness and secrets. I am taking that first courageous step into my Recovery of Sexual Abuse.
