Commentary of Article 627 of the Tunisian Commercial Code

Article 627 represents the general law of contracts of carriage the general rule for the conclusion of any contract of carriage since it lays down the elements necessary for the conclusion of this type of agreement apart from its different types: contract for the carriage of persons or goods contract of carriageland sea or air national or international contract of carriage.
