Excerpt from The Commentary of Pelagius on the Epistles of Paul: The Problem of Its Restoration<br><br>These appear to be the only contemporary or nearly contemporary quotations made from the commentary but they are sufficient as a means of identification. If any commentary survives in which all of these appear it is to be regarded as a form of the commentary of Pelagius. Further quotations could be added from works of the seventh ninth and tenth centuries but an enumeration of these may be deferred at this stage.
