Commercial Viability in the Arctic Route

This work consists of four chapters. The first chapter refers to the climate change its terms and what are the causes that have affect on it. The second chapter is a reference to general legal piece of Arctic shipping particularly according to the IMO''s regulations and the problems which has to deal with.Following in the third chapter someone may get a full understanding about the Arctic looking back to its historical background as well as presenting the positive and negative aspects of its exploitation. Finally the conclusions are stated based on the research been conducted for that topic.
