Common Human Diseases

The Biology series is designed to provide for students preparing for the NCERT CBSE and various state board and competitive examinations and the contents represent biological information common to all syllabuses. These books does not represent a particular style or offer a novel approach to the subject but is meant as reference books with clearly explained and fully illustrated information from which students can readily find the facts/knowledge they need to prepare for board as well for competitive examinations. Most Examination boards have in recent years also changed the style of assessment. Less weight is now placed on memorising facts and more on an understanding the principles. It is with these changes in mind that various titles in this biology series has been written as text as well as reference books. The biology series VI Common Human Diseases is an attempt in this direction as reference material for secondary senior secondary as well for various competitive and entrance exams at national and international level.
