Communication and Ethics

Teaching Business English and Technical Communication (L2) for learners whose L1 is Arabic requires procedures which instructors must address such as negative interference. Furthermore Arab students see learning English in general Business communication and technical writing in specific as an asset to further their careers. A way to help these learners acquire communicating skills faster is by using inquiry based model of instruction and learning. Finally two chapters of this book sheds light on the importance of teaching ethics to the community as a whole and university students in particular.
