Communion Shades: 1 (Voices from the Well)

This book is the first of a trilogy collectively entitled Voices From the Well. Each of the three novels focuses on the unfolding dynamic of a sequence of relationships and the emotional and spiritual growth they catalyze. Each book can be seen as one of the islands that Odysseus stops--or is shipwrecked--on (those of Calypso Circe and Nausicaa) during his long journey back to his wife Penelope tirelessly weaving her web in a remote tower of her besieged palace at home on Ithaka.
