It provides an easy and effective way to document the activities of the learner which helps to assess the achievement of the desired competencies of the community medicine. The book also provides an opportunity to record the competencies of Family Adoption Program Self-directed learning AETCOM and Pandemic management modules. It also helps to document the Field visits and extra-curricular activities undertaken by the student in the department of community medicine. It also provides an opportunity to write reflection about the various learning activities undertaken by the student.</p>
