Comparative Franchising Law: United States China Malaysia MENA Region

This is a must-read for anyone engaged with the legal aspects of franchising anywhere in the world. It gives a summary of the legal framework of franchising in various legal systems focusing on an example from each system in details. Thus it explains the American franchise law as a representative example of the common law system the Chinese franchise law as an example of the civil law system and the Malaysian law as an example of the Islamic legal system. It also elaborates on franchising in Egypt as an example of the MENA region.
