Comparative Study for Siting of Power Plants

The main purpose of this book is to compare the factors that affect the site selection process in two types of conventional power plant namely nuclear power plant (NPP) and thermal power plant. Differences and similarities in siting consideration for both power plant in the perspective of geological economic legal and safety are compared between the NPP and thermal power plant. It gives an general overview on what is the specific requirement needed for siting both type of power plant with some example.
