Comparison Spain vs Macedonia-Links between HRM and Business Strategy

This book defines the linkages between the HRM practices and types of business strategies in the business sector in Macedonia precisely in the IT sector. It was inspired by the empirical research developed and conducted in Spain by Raquel Sanz-Valle Ramón Sabater-Sanchez and Antonio Aragón-Sánchez. Similar research is used to conduct the survey in Macedonia.
