COMPILATION OF GST DOSES : UPDATED AS ON 15.01.2021

GST is a destination based consumption tax that means by default rule where the consumer is finally consuming the goods or services that state gets the revenue (SGST portion). The reason being the final consumer is paying the tax. In GST there is a seamless flow of credit so the taxes paid are taken as credit and GST is passed on to the buyer who in turn passes on to his customer and finally the tax burden is on the final consumer. This publication is the compilation of daily GST doses which was published on daily basis starting from 1st July 2020 and completed its two hundredth dose on January 15th 2021. These doses are published subject wise keeping in mind to give information on GST which will be simple to understand. The book does not cover all the topics under GST but only the topics which were part of the daily GST doses. Over a period of time the book will be updated covering all the topics and also will be updated as and when the law changes.  Hope this book will be handy and helpful to you.
