Compilation of international conventions ratified by the DRC

Since its accession 62 years ago no official document has compiled the collection of international conventions ratified by the Democratic Republic of Congo governing labour law and social security. However under Article 215 of the Constitution these conventions have superior authority over the Labour Code and the Law on the new social security system.The author's objective is to provide the public interested in labour and social security regulations with a summary of the international standards governing the relationship between employers and workers.
