This book is a retro prospective and descriptive study covering a 25-month period from January 1 2020 to February 28 2022. The retrospective period ran from January 1 2020 to February 28 2021 and the prospective period from March 1 2021 to February 28 2020.Over the study period we recorded 82 cases of post-treatment complications of traditional closed limb trauma. The mean age was 7.01 years with extremes of 4 months and 15 years. The male sex was the most represented with a sex ratio of 2.03. Over 76.8% of patients lived in urban areas. The cause of injury was a domestic accident in 69.5% of cases. The segment most affected was the forearm in 28.0% of cases. We noted 12.2% cases of multi-segment trauma. Massage of the traumatized segments was performed in 97.6% of patients and 15.0% of our patients were treated by their own parents. In 25.6% of cases the time to hospital was more than 2 months.
