Concept Of Law For Tom Dick & Harry

<p>The Author of the book is an Advocate by profession and is practising in Supreme Court and Delhi High Court since 2001. Last year during the epidemic when the Author went for his matter in Patiala House mediation centre he came across a man who was there for his matrimonial dispute and when the Author had a conversation with him he came to know that the man has been suffering such harassment from past 6 years. Later while the author was heading back to his home he kept on thinking that is It'so difficult for a common man to understand the simple terminologies of law? And how come they are so unfimilar to lingua franca of the judicial system? In relation to which the author was motivated to write a book upon the basic concepts of the Law which could help the common people be well versed with the concepts/ terminologies which they require in their daily life.</p>
