Conception

<p>Most women have had a one-night stand that they regret but for the narrator as she realizes she is pregnant it is more than just embarrassment to think about but a whole new life now. She remembers an article that she had read about men's DNA staying in women's bodies for the rest of their lives after a sexual encounter and she becomes obsessed with trying to give her child better than a stranger's DNA. Maybe there is somehow some way she can make it happen. Over the next week she visits her three most beloved and traumatic ex-boyfriends hoping to marinate her ovum in their sperm racing against her own bad genes generational trauma and facing her own healing to save her developing baby's future.</p>
