Concepts of development

Planetary thinking in the person of scientists thinkers philosophers studies problems of vital importance for modern mankind which require the cooperation of all or most of the peoples of the world for their solution. The emergence of such problems demonstrates the development of close ties (economic political social cultural scientific and technological) throughout humanity. Moreover there are grounds to speak about the formation of a global system i.e. a set of interrelated components of civilization and nature. However the presence within this system of a multitude of social subjects of activity (countries classes etc.) whose interests and goals are essentially different causes contradictions and conflicts on the basis of which global problems of different scale and character arise.
