Conciliation procedures in modern civil proceedings

Protection of rights and legitimate interests in modern society is carried out not only by the courts but also with the help of various conciliation procedures. In light of the expansion of the range of their application conciliation procedures are applied today not only outside of court proceedings but also within the framework of civil proceedings. This paper is devoted to a comparative legal analysis of various approaches to the use of conciliation procedures in civil proceedings of the Russian Federation and certain foreign countries.
