About the Author: Dr. Sanjit Kumar Sahu is a Principal of Education at Shri Rawatpura Sarkar Group of Institutions Raipur (C.G.). He did his B.A. Hons. Education B.Ed from Utkal University Odisha. M.A. M.Phil in Education from Kurukshetra University Haryana. Ph.D Education from Utkal University Odisha and M.A. in English from Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University Chhattisgarh. He is an academician Educationist and Administrator since two decades. He has guided M.A. M.Phil Dissertations and at present 06 research scholars continuing P.hD in Education. He has published several research papers in national and international journals . He has attendant and paper presented in many state national international level seminars workshops and conferences. In covid 19 pandemic time he attendant above 100 webinars. Dr. Sahu’s special areas of subject interests are Educational Management Administration and Supervision. Educational Technology and Management Teacher Education Adult Education and Methodology of Educational Research and Statistics. Basically he dedicated his all work on the lotus feet of Lord Jagannath.
