Conflict Resolution Methods in Family Lawsuits

The work was the result of a master's dissertation and has now been updated by the New Code of Civil Procedure which includes legislation on conflict resolution methods. There is mention of the need to allow the parties to find the best solution to their disputes since research not only in the area of law but in an interdisciplinary way has shown that the judgement does not effectively solve the problems of those involved who seek the pronouncement of the Judiciary especially in Family Law.
